This is what every athlete receives after assessment.
Sample report · all identifying data redacted · issued under protocol TCA v1.0
Compete pain-free at international 1.45m level across a full season, holding position through landing and turn-back without lower-back flare-ups, and rebuild confident lifting in the gym.
Interpretation: flexion occurs on half of all reps and appears early in the set, not as fatigue-driven drift. This is a control fault, not a capacity fault — the athlete cannot yet hold intra-abdominal pressure through a loaded hip hinge. Combined with two prior lumbar episodes, this is a re-injury pathway under competition load.
Consequence: Level 2 (hyperfunction / return to sport) is withheld until flexion frequency falls below 10% across two consecutive re-tests.
Downregulate, restore breathing mechanics, re-establish neutral spine awareness.
Load the hinge under control; transfer bracing into daily and stable-yard tasks.
Restore output, reactive trunk stiffness and sport-specific landing tolerance.
