Measured, then built, then owned.
Three stages, in order. You cannot buy stage two without stage one, because a programme written without measurement is a guess with a price on it.
The True Core Assessment
Ninety minutes, one to one, at the studio in Newbury.
I measure four domains, establish your Movement Intelligence Score, find the primary fault and name it, and explain exactly what it is costing you. You leave with a written report and a programme built from what was found — not from what usually works.
The programme
Five to ten sessions, written from your assessment. Sixty minutes each, at the studio or online.

Four practitioners, four directions, one body.
The most useful thing I have ever done for a client was not treating him. It was training the four people already working on him to use the same model of the core.
Half day, full day, or a programme.
Half day
from · three hours
Three hours. The model, the measurement, and the Learn–Feel–Do structure applied to your setting. Every delegate feels their own system work before they leave.
EnquireFull day
on enquiry
Everything in the half day, plus hands-on assessment practice, live measurement, and case work using your own people and their own presentations.
EnquireOngoing programme
across a season or year
A series across a season or academic year, with app access for delegates, module completion tracking and review sessions. For teams and schools embedding the method properly.
EnquireFees depend on delegate numbers, travel and whether measurement equipment is required. Every seminar includes app and module access for delegates, so the method survives the room emptying.
Enquire about a seminarTell me about your organisation.
I will reply personally with formats and a quote. If a seminar is not the right answer for what you are describing, I will tell you that instead.
01Do I have to be in pain?
No. Roughly half the people I assess are not in pain at all — they are performing below what they think they should, or they have noticed they no longer trust their body in certain positions. Both are the same underlying question.
02Is there parking?
Yes, and it’s free. There is ample private parking right outside the studio, so getting here is the easy part. Getting here.
03Is this physiotherapy, or training?
Both, deliberately. I am a chartered physiotherapist and I assess, diagnose and treat injuries as I always have. But treatment alone returns you to where you were, and where you were is what produced the problem. The programme is what changes that.
04Can I just have one session?
Not any more, and I would rather explain why than simply refuse. A single session makes you feel better for about a fortnight without changing what your body does under load. It felt like good service and it was, at best, temporary relief. If you are in acute pain and need to be seen, write to me and we will sort something out.
05What if the assessment finds something serious?
Then you will be told plainly and referred to the right person. Part of what you are paying for is someone qualified to recognise when the answer is not me.
06Do I need the wearable?
No. The assessment works without it. The wearable makes the measurement more precise and lets progress be tracked between sessions rather than only in front of me.
07How quickly will I feel different?
Most people feel something in the first session, because feeling the system work is part of how it is taught. Changing what happens automatically, without you thinking about it, takes weeks to months — and anyone promising otherwise is selling you a fortnight of relief.
08What is your cancellation policy?
Twenty-four hours notice and you can cancel or move at no cost. Inside twenty-four hours, half the fee is retained and a missed appointment is charged in full — but in both cases the slot goes straight to the waitlist, and if someone takes it before your appointment time, nothing is charged at all. Full policy.
Start where everyone starts.
Ninety minutes, £185, and you will know more about how your body is organised than you have in your life.
