The tech

See what the eye can’t.

Your movement has been assessed by eye for a hundred years, because there was no other way. There is now. This is the instrument, and this is what it can tell you about your own body.

Patent-pending wearableOnly at True Core™

Movement was a guess. That looked better. Now it is measured.

Every rep considered and productive, rather than a guess.

Every rep, Joint angles, Pressure, Brace timing, Asymmetry, Control under load.

The signature score

One number you understand at a glance.

The Movement Intelligence Score composites three underlying indices. The number is what you look at. The three below it are what your programme is actually built from — and they are why the answer is never just “get stronger”.

MQS — MOVEMENT QUALITY65

How cleanly you move through the six fundamental patterns.

TCCI — CONTROL & CONSISTENCY58

Whether rep nine looks like rep one. This is the one that predicts injury.

CAS — COMPENSATION & ASYMMETRY52

Where you are borrowing stability from, and how unevenly.

Control is being lost under load. This is where the work starts.

How it works

From assessment to evidence, in four moves.

All of it happens inside your ninety minutes. You do not go away and wait for results.

  1. 01

    Assess

Six fundamental movements, captured with the wearable and a tablet. No markers, no laboratory, no wires, and nothing you need to learn first.

  2. 02

    Score

Joint angles and pressure read against normative kinematics, rep by rep, while you are still in the room.

  3. 03

    Read

Your MIS, plus the three indices beneath it. Anything that needs flagging is flagged the moment it appears — including things that need someone other than me.

  4. 04

    Report

A written report you keep, in plain English, with the rule trace behind every number. Yours to show anyone.

Straight answers

Questions about the tech.

Anything not answered here, ask me directly.

01Do I have to wear anything uncomfortable?

No. It sits at the waist, over or under clothing, and most people forget it is there within a couple of minutes. Nothing is inserted, nothing is stuck to your skin, and there are no wires.

02Is this a medical device?

No, and it is important I say so plainly. It is a measurement instrument used to inform how I train and rehabilitate you. It does not diagnose anything. Diagnosis is my job, as a chartered physiotherapist, and I do that the way I always have.

03Do I need the wearable to be assessed?

No. The assessment works without it — it makes the measurement more precise and lets progress be tracked between sessions rather than only in front of me.

04Can I see the working behind my score?

Always, and you never have to ask twice. Every score stores its inputs, the thresholds applied, which repetitions were flagged and why, and any adjustment I made by hand. Nothing about your number is a black box.

05Where does my data go?

It stays in your record, encrypted, held under the same professional obligations as the rest of your clinical notes. It is not sold and it is not shared without your permission. The privacy notice sets out exactly what is held and for how long.

06What if my score does not move?

Then we find out why, which is the point of measuring. Sometimes the programme is wrong. Sometimes life is the variable — sleep, stress and load all show up in the numbers. Either way you will know, rather than quietly assume you are failing at it.

Measure the invisible.

Your baseline is established at assessment. Everything after that is a comparison — and every rep between is a considered one.
